Strong and Confident Minds Program at This World's Ours Centre

This program helps children aged 5 to 9 build confidence, self-awareness and compassion through yoga, art, literacy, and mindfulness. We introduce strategies to enhance mental and emotional well-being by using simple tools and doing fun activities in a beautiful indoor space. We introduce social-emotional strategies through nature-based concepts that children can easily understand and make meaning of, such as plant growth and cycles, so that they can truly connect to each lesson. Each participant also receives a social-emotional kit with affirmation cards and other tools to use at home, valued at $39.
